Very cool birds. Other birds-of-prey often have to wait near a large prey item until a griffon vulture arrives to tear through the skin. Then the party begins!

I shot this using a Canon SX20IS camera. It's a point and shoot camera — no special lenses, but it is equipped with a 20x zoom capability. Thanks for asking, Olive! :)
